1.-BUMP INTO SOMEONE
Toparse con, encontrarse con

• Guess who I bumped into downtown today (Adivina con quién me he encontrado hoy en el centro)
• We bumped into Mary when we where in town last week (Nos encontramos a Mary cuando estabamos en la ciudad la semana pasada)

2.-GET YOUR HEAD AROUND
Hacerse a la idea

• I just can´t get my head around it (No me hago a la idea)
• I find it hard to get my mind around such complex issues (Me cuesta entender esas cuestiones tan complejas)

3.-FOR DAYS ON END
Por varios días

• We kept on traveling for days on end. (Estuvimos viajando durante días)

4.-KNOW FOR A FACT

1.-Segar el césped
Mowing the lawn / to mow the grass

• You can´t mow the grass/lawn if it´s wet (No puedes segar el césped si está húmedo)
• I love the smell of new-mow hay (Me encanta el olor de hierba recién cortada)

2.-Amanecer / Atardecer-Anochecer

• We woke at dawn (Nos despertamos al amanecer)
• We left as dawn was breaking (Nos fuimos cuando empezaba a amanecer)
